You can purchase tickets directly from our website by selecting your desired playoff match, choosing your preferred seats, and completing the secure payment process. Your booking will be processed immediately and ticket details will be sent to your email.

Once your payment is successfully processed, your ticket details will be emailed to you within 6–8 hours. If you don't see the email, please check your spam folder. You can also access your tickets from your account dashboard.

We support UPI payments via Google Pay and QR code scanning with any UPI app. All transactions are securely processed using industry-standard encryption to ensure your payment information is protected.

Tickets for playoff matches are non-refundable. However, you can transfer your tickets to someone else by contacting our customer support team at least 48 hours before the match. A nominal transfer fee may apply.

In case of match cancellation, you will receive a full refund. If a match is rescheduled, your tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend on the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the announcement.
